Beauty Policies

RESERVATIONS
To accommodate your desired appointment, a credit card or debit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. You will not be charged a deposit to book an appointment with us (including if you are a client intending to pay for your appointment in cash). We require a credit card or debit card to book your appointment to guarantee your reserved date and time as our establishment is constantly booked.
RESERVATION EXCEPTIONS
Coleman Beauty & Events has the right to refuse to service you for any reason of inappropriate conduct deemed by the professional that you see at the time of service or if you are not a good candidate for a particular service. However, all service fees paid for service(s) that you are not a good candidate for are non-refundable and non-transferable. No exceptions.
If you are not a good candidate at the time of service start time, we will offer you another service for your time if you are not a good candidate for the original service to be performed of your choice. However, all service fees paid for service(s) that you are not a good candidate for are non-refundable and non-transferable. No exceptions.
If you are refused service by any professional due to unprofessional client behavior, you will not be allowed to book additional appointments with the company in the future. However, all service fees paid for service(s) that you are or are not a good candidate for are non-refundable and non-transferable. No exceptions.
TARDINESS
We understand that sometimes being late is unavoidable. However, due to our limited availability, clients who arrive after their scheduled appointment time by 2 minutes will be automatically cancelled, marked as a "no-show" and will be charged in full 100% for their scheduled session with an additional "no-show" cancellation fee of $25. All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
RESCHEDULING
We have reserved time and space especially for you. There is no fee to reschedule your appointment. However, please be advised that your appointment will be considered a cancellation rather than a reschedule and you agree to be charged 100% of the scheduled appointment service fee. This is non-refundable and non-transferable. No exceptions.
CANCELLATION
If for any reason your appointment rescheduled or missed greater than 2 minutes, we call this a “no-show” and your appointment will be automatically cancelled. Client agrees to our policies to be charged 100% of scheduled appointment service fee. This is non-refundable and non-transferable. No exceptions.

If for any reason Coleman Beauty & Events needs to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to an act of God or an unforeseen event, we will provide as much advance notice as possible without penalty to you.
You will also receive the service FREE of charge as our promise to you as our most valued client.
PRICES
We are constantly expanding our service to bring you the greatest experience possible. Although we make every effort to keep our website and spa menu updated, please note that price and services are subject to change at any time (including special pricing).
GRATUITY
Prices do not include gratuities and are not required.
If you would like to leave a gratuity, you may do so at the reception desk or when booking your appointment online.
MONETARY
Coleman Beauty & Events accepts cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay, Android Pay, Samsung Pay, EMV chip cards, non-EMV chip cards, Coleman Beauty & Events Gift Cards and Coleman Beauty & Events Loyalty Program Reward Points.
We do not accept checks, groupons, any other form of discount coupons or money orders as forms of payment.
Coleman Beauty & Events gift cards are not redeemable if reported as lost or stolen.
REFUNDS
All beauty service sales and gift card sales are final. This includes cancellation of services and rescheduling of services. We do not issue refunds. No exceptions (including if you are a client who has had a poor experience with us, you have never received services from us and or you have received services from us recently and are unhappy with your results). No exceptions.
UN-HAPPY CLIENTS
Coleman Beauty & Events understands that sometimes things happen and you may have fallen into a contraindication for one of our services even after we have explained the aftercare prior to your appointment and after your appointment. We will work with you to correct the problem. However, you the client, agree to be financially responsible for any additional corrective services necessary unless otherwise approved by the owner and or management. We will not issue any refunds. You also agree to hold hold harmless the business Coleman Beauty & Events, it’s owners, staff, independent contractors, freelancers, company assigns, administrators and other company subsidiaries from any legal matters, treatment services due to experience, any services received, booking experiences, traveling experience, establishment experiences and etc. No exceptions.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS POLICY
Depending upon the type of service requested, Coleman Beauty & Events will require you to present a signed copy of your medical doctor’s approval for treatment prior to appointment. This policy is in place with your well being in mind.
All spa guests will be asked to complete a brief questionnaire (client intake and treatment forms) upon check-in to determine session eligibility.
AGE REQUIREMENTS
Spa guests must be 18 years of age or older to receive treatments without the approval and accompaniment of an adult.
If spa guest is younger than 18 years of age, a parent or guardian must be present to give approval and accompany the minor during treatment.
CONFIDENTIALITY AND PRIVACY POLICY
We believe that every client has the right to privacy and confidentiality. The conversations you have with your professional will remain confidential, as will your health history forms.
Client lists and contact information are confidential. We do not share our client lists with outside companies.
SERIES OF TREATMENTS
We are unable to process any refunds, returns or reimburse any payment transaction on any spa treatment series that are purchased. A consultation is recommended but not required prior to booking a treatment package.
ALLERGIES
Please inform your professional of any allergies or conditions that you have prior to appointment and during appointment.
Due to sensitivity reasons, your professional does not wear any fragrance products. Clients are required to not wear any fragrance products during appointment.
Fragrance products include perfumes and lotions.
LEGAL INFORMATION
Upon booking your appointment, you agree to the above policies and agree to hold harmless the business Coleman Beauty & Events, it’s owners, staff, independent contractors, freelancers, company assigns, administrators and other company subsidiaries harmless from any and all such claims that may arise within the establishment, outside of our establishment to travel to you and etc. You, the client, also agree that any legal matters in which you, the client, wish to pursue will hold harmless the business Coleman Beauty & Events, it’s owners, staff, independent contractors, freelancers, company assigns, administrators and other company subsidiaries from any legal costs, attorney fees, court costs, etc. against the above listed in this section and also against the above listed in this section during your online experience without fault to the above mentioned parties in the section from any additional fees that you incur due to payment related issues by your banking institution including any legal fees. This will hold true and will not expire and will last a lifetime against you, the client, upon booking services and receiving services.
Upon receiving services with us (initially, scheduled, cancelled, rescheduled or consultation wise) at any time, you agree to the above policies and agree to hold harmless business Coleman Beauty & Events, it’s owners, staff, independent contractors, freelancers, company assigns, administrators and other company subsidiaries harmless from any and all such claims that may arise prior to your initial appointment with us (including any information listed on your client intake forms upon initial appointment) and any additional necessary appointments going forward which will last a lifetime/will not expire since your first visit.
We are in no way responsible for such associated fees and we are in no way responsible for any claims made by the client, you, who wish to book with us and receive services with us (including any legal matters which we we will not be liable for) that you, the client, wish to pursue against the business Coleman Beauty & Events, it’s owners, staff, independent contractors, freelancers, company assigns, administrators and other company subsidiaries at any time (prior to services and after services rendered) including the online experience, travel experience and establishment experience and any experience you have had due to your understanding of our policies and your first initial signed client consent agreement which will last a lifetime over all additional consent agreements signed and will also be applied in addition to our policies. You agree to hold the business Coleman Beauty & Events, it’s owners, staff, independent contractors, freelancers, company assigns, administrators and other company subsidiaries harmless and not liable for any legal issues and treatment issues that you incur.
If you are not in agreement with these terms, do not proceed to checkout with your booked appointment and do not process to book with us via telephone and or in person at our establishment locations. You agree to these policies prior to initial visit and after your initial visit for any future appointments for the lifetime since your first visit began which these policies will not expire.
